Collaborative Creative Thinking:
Creativity drives the ability to re-invent and maintain market position. This is true also within organisations in terms of the ongoing need for teams to re-invent themselves to meet the new challenges faced by the organisation. In modern times creativity is a key to success including when tendering for and implementing any kind of project. It goes beyond having creative individuals and involves the need to collaborate both as internal teams and across organisations from varied backgrounds to achieve collective creativity.
This programme explores the 3 elements of collective creativity and successful collaboration:
- – Attitude and Behaviour of individuals
- – Clarity to the purpose and required outcome across all those involved
- – The ability to be creative: generating ideas, building on ideas, and integrating ideas
The workshop is a fast and fun way to gather ideas and convert them into working projects using personal thinking and energy preferences with reference to Daniel Pink; the imagination, perfectionism and lessons from Walt Disney, one of the most creative and innovative minds of this century, and his imagineers.
We will also go beyond the standard approaches and examine the integration of mindfulness and presence in the U Lab activity in MIT by Otto Scharma to generate ideas for future needs. We go beyond what has been done before.
Be blown away at the speed and levels of creativity that are formed by working in synergy using these techniques. These ideas and techniques have been used to amazing ends by companies and governments around the world.
