Managing Stress:

Undeniably, the cost of stress is felt past the financial impact of replacing staff. It also goes beyond the delays, and especially beyond reduced productivity and work pressure. Stress is, arguably, still one of the main reasons for absence from work. With this in mind, we focus on managing stress and its effects at work. 

Firstly, this course helps people understand their own neurological wiring. Next, they will begin to recognise what happens mentally and physically when they are stressed.

Prior to the workshop, you complete an in detail brain based profile. This is developed by a neuroscientist with over 30 years’ experience working with people of all levels. It provides a base understanding for your unique neurological design.

The aim of the 1-day workshop will be to ultimately reduce the levels of stress. Afterwards, leaders will recognise stress signals in themselves and their teams. Most importantly, they will be able to provide interventions. It will help people move productively and effectively back to work. 

For the individual, it can reduce the risk of poor decisions later in the day, increase their productivity, improve their stress coping mechanisms, improve stamina and performance, lift energy and recognise how they can achieve neuro-agility. This is a totally different perspective of looking at managing yourself.
