Founder & Chairman
Having worked in senior and executive HR and L&D roles within the financial sector. Neville then established People in Flow. Here he leads a team which provides organisation development “in a box.”
Nigel is a highly experienced coach, mentor & leader with more than 25 years of experience, building and leading high performance teams across the world. He is responsible for shaping and driving the company, making sure we are in the best position to help our clients support their teams to be the best they can be. Having lived and worked in various countries around the world, Nigel understands the need to embrace and celebrate the diverse needs and qualities of a workforce and the essential elements of communication, respect and personal responsibility as key to building an In-Flow Workplace Environment. In his spare time, Nigel can be seen performing live music in the UK and Northern France …
Richard served as an air traffic controller in the Royal Air Force, and then in the Civil Service (including in L&D), before becoming a police intelligence analyst. In this role he led a team supporting investigations into crimes ranging from murder to burglary and vehicle crime. He then became People in Flow’s Chief Researcher. Richard is passionately interested in military and family history, and especially in researching the backgrounds of residents of his home village in Devon who served in the First World War. This involves a great deal of research online (a busman’s holiday really!) as well as visits to the National Archives in London and various other record offices. Rugby is another passion, although his playing days (as a wing three quarter while Neville was hooker) are long over.
Sales & Marketing Executive
Competent within the world of marketing Shannon joined People in Flow October 2019, with 5+ years experience. Taking the lead with Sales & Marketing, Shannon aims to set the bar high for the business with growing our brand across the industry and across sectors. In her spare time Shannon can be found Horse riding or shopping (yes the shopping is certainly an addiction) and really enjoy’s networking and meeting new people.
Joining the company in Autumn of 2019, James manages the online presence and assists with marketing. James is currently studying a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business at Milton Keynes college. He has 2 and half years of Business knowledge from his courses. James enjoys watching football from home in his spare time and also playing video games on his computer.
Personal Assistant & Business Support
Accomplished Personal Assistant receptive to clients needs with 20+ years’ experience. Acting as Personal Assistant to Nigel Girling and business support to People in Flow joining the company in November 2019, Kelly strives to achieve everything to the best of her abilities. In Kelly’s spare time she looks after her black Labrador- Poppy. She is keen on fitness and previously represented our country at cross country and running half marathons.
Business Support & Lead Administrator
Corinne joined People in Flow in April 2018 as PA to the Neville Pritchard, also acting as business support Corinne also works across Neuro-Link Europe as lead administrator and process coordinator. Corinne is very creative and driven, she also enjoys a challenge.
