Mental Health Awareness & Resilience:
Going beyond the body and mind for the individual there is a need for a wider awareness of mental health in the workplace. Why people are stressed, what the impact and consequences are, who is at risk, what the potential cost could be – financial and beyond – and how one can minimize the risks and maximize the strengths within and across teams. The mental health fitness workshop equips managers and individuals to recognise the signs and symptoms of good and poor mental fitness. It equips them with a personal action plan and skills to improve wellbeing and support others. Taking preventative steps and early intervention when mental health is challenged increases our ability to stay productive in the workplace.
