Physical Fitness in the Workplace:

Going beyond the standard learning and development approaches within companies People in Flow have the benefit of two qualified Strength and Conditioning coaches, and sports scientists, offering you the opportunity to enhance fitness. Personal fitness in the workplace is an exercise plan designed to help you improve your health, wellbeing, personal energy and workplace impact.

The benefits of exercise to your workforce include improved mood, self-esteem and reduced stress levels which contribute to greater enjoyment and productivity.

The framework and ‘go beyond’ exercise plans are delivered face-to-face and/or via an app and features three levels designed to cater for individuals of all abilities and experience. The primary aim of the plans is to enable people to enjoy exercise and allow them to live a healthier life. Similarly, the link to improved neuro-agility is significant.

The knock-on benefits to the organization go beyond the ‘nice to have’ in terms of improved levels of productivity, energised workplaces, enhanced decision making under pressure, lower levels of absence, improved team dynamics and result focused activity.
